Sustainability is the philosophy behind the project, signed by architect Bruno Colle,

which brings all cultures together to create a harmonious atmosphere. In addition to the reusable modular gourmet structure,

the boulevard in the middle allows for resource recovery and rationalisation of water use.

The project includes 41 different food preparation methods,

and aims to provide tourists with a variety of choices by bringing together national and international cuisines.

In order to create a comfortable communal dining environment,

[Ca'dore] has outdoor tables and is placed in a covered and protected area.

In addition, it has its own parking lot, children's space, bike racks, delivery services, and more.

Located in the middle and rear of the market is a charming outdoor space surrounded by several colorful containers dedicated to cooking a certain specialty food.

This outdoor space mainly acts as a food court similar to a shopping mall and also has 2 covered spaces if it rains.

It is a gourmet pole installed in the old Cerâmica Colle area, the huge lot is currently operating 36 restaurants and bars,

several are still unpublished, offering everything from hamburgers, pastries, Japanese cuisine,

Gourmet selection from Italian to Korean.

Outdoor plazas covered with benches and lounges can accommodate up to 600 people.
