the building is propped up through the transformation of Taiwanese resident culture "railing-style" buildings,

 so that everyone can feel the cool breeze in the summer and increase the comfort of the body.

 The activity center is located in the lush forest of Rihe Park. In the scene, 

the whole building is like an owl squatting in the forest, freely blending into the environment.
