This colorful Thislexik studio is located in Red Hook, New York,

and was created by 26 year old artist Vedat Ulgen.

Create your own eco-friendly studio using recycled containers,

with a two-layer structure consisting of five shipping containers further painted in

five different colors to present colorful LEGO building blocks.

The container based studio includes

a woodworking workshop, office, storage area, bathroom,

and enclosed space for chemical work and painting to prevent smoke leakage.

 Its green roof, environmentally friendly heaters,

and rainwater collection system make it a completely sustainable structure without

 causing negative impacts on the surrounding environment.

In addition to sustainable architecture,

the artist also used retired fabrics such as

jeans and other materials to create the "old collection" of recycled furniture.

For example, the old jeans and fabric in the thrift store have become furniture,

such as denim stools, vases, benches, and lampshades.
